Lawmakers and Congressmen of Nebraska say they have been receiving many angry phone calls from their constituents over the past few days with complaints about the Bailout Plan for Wall Street. Nebraskansare weary of a large taxpayer program to save the financial institutions of Wall street. Rep. Adrian Smith, R-Neb said, "The government exists to protect the consumers, to set boundaries around the marketplace. It does not exist to ensure businesses success nor to actively participate in our markets."
